Website Success Accelerator uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.

• Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.

• Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Website Success Accelerator or any outside party.

• All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.

• All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.

• eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.

Delivery Policy

Physical Products

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within 5 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at

Digital Delivery

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your software/license/access code via email within 4 working days. Cancellation, Refund  & Returns Policy

Cancellations

All sales are final at time of purchase – orders may not be cancelled.

Appointments for consultations or over the phone support (whether offered free, at our standard hourly rates or at a contract rate) cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $72.50 cancellation fee.  This fee is payable within 7 days of receiving our invoice and applies to ‘no shows’ as well.

Refunds  & Returns – Physical Product

If an item you’ve purchased is not significantly as described on our website or contains a fault that is not obvious (or described) at the time of of purchase, you can return it for a full refund, exchange, repair, or credit.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.

Should your purchase arrive in a damaged condition, you will need to note the condition of the package received and retain all packaging.  The purchaser will be required to lodge a complaint with Australia Post or their local postage authority.

Lost Packages

We take no responsibility for items lost in the post. Insurance is available for items posted within Australia, POA.

Requesting a Refund or Exchange

Returns and exchanges may be made by mail.

Returning by mail

Within Australia: Returned items must be sent via Express or Registered mail.  Registered mail ensures that your return allows you to track your parcel with Austalia Post. Please Note: We cannot accept CODs.

Outside Australia: Ship goods prepaid, by mail.

Postage Costs

The purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping.

If you are requesting an exchange, please remember to include sufficient payment for the return postage. Where applicable, please contact your local customs office for information about any taxes or duties that may be assessed on a return shipment.

Digital Products

Unless specifically mentioned on the products detail page, we do not offer a refund on digitally delivered products.
